Chatsworth Centre

The new rooftop air conditioning units have begun being placed and installed at Chatsworth Centre.

This is a part of the phased approached to replacing the existing water cooled air conditioning units in the centre with new and modern air cooled units. This project ensures the longevity and efficiency of the air conditioning to the centre, while decreasing the water consumption and the amount of maintenance required. 

The centre has more than twenty rooftop units which supply both mall circulation and tenants.
