We are primarily a mechanical services consultancy with offices in Durban and Cape Town. We have deep expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and associated mechanical installations. The integration of services across disciplines of electrical, electronic and mechanical services to provide the most energy-efficient and cost-effective solution for the client is a focus.

 We have excellent experience in leading multi-disciplinary MEP Engineering teams and in particular, on resort developments. We understand our role in reducing risk to the owner and developer of a project. This is done by thorough research of the prevailing conditions both environmentally and logistically that play a role in developments.

This is particularly crucial in environmentally sensitive areas. Cost benefit analysis is fundamental to the success of any development and we are extremely experienced in ensuring that such analysis is based on sound economic and technical factors.

We are a founding member of the South African Green Buildings Council and have been leaders in this field since its inception.
